Saving a CS2 doc for CS-major proplems~PLEASE HELP! 2

I'm trying to save a catalog in CS2 (on a 64bit system) in IN Design interchange to be opened in CS and it crashes or my coworker tries to open it and there's nothing there.

Is there another way? She has to work on this today and we can't seem to get it right!

Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks so much!

The CS user needs the latest update for CS2 compatability. It 's dated last April.

Go to

http://www.adobe.com/downloads/updates

and select Indesign either mac or pc

Using OSX 10.3.9 on a G4

Also turn off color management in InDesign before opening a troublesome INX file. It can be restored after you save a INDD file from CS1.
