Hi all,
As the subject states, this is what I'm trying to do. I found this FAQ about it at Here is the excerpt I am wondering about:

Set QUEUE_EXTRA to "Tlog\0" and QUEUE_EXTRALEN to 5 in extra.h. Recompile qmail. Put ./msg-log into ~alias/.qmail-log.

I can't make heads or tails out of what they mean by that. I get the recompile part, but what do they mean by the second part? Could someone who understands please expand on what they mean by that last sentance? Thanks.

I have this running on a mail server. As the instructions state, you have to edit the extra.h I used the example of log for an account to copy all of the email.

do a make on your qmail and it will rebuild qmail. the alias they are talking about is an alias to where the mail goes (sounds confusing) Basically, what I did was to create a vpopmail account (or some other way to create a mail account if you don't use vpopmail)

If you want the mail to go to bob@yourdomain.com, you would set QUEUE_EXTRA to "Tbob\0
