Is there a safe way to do a "Save As" to save a copy of my ASP project onto my local hard drive, which is the machine I use to develop the project with? I have SQL and IIS running on my local machine as well.
Thanks

Confused! VI by design forces a local copy of any web (which you can run too, by switching to 'local' mode). Although it only adds the files to the local copy when you edit a file. You can use one of the Synchronise toolbar icons above the project view to get all files from the Master Web onto your local copy. You could always use DOS Copy/XCopy or FTP!

Or were you referring to the database stuff too? A backup (dump) and restore is the usual way to copy a SQLServer database. (Content Management)

Yeah, I meant the whole thing, database and all. I tried messing with it yesterday but I wasn't too comfortable with the results. Didn't seem to copy everything like I thought it would.
