SAVFE for MS Exchange 2000 - two active SAVFE consoles?

We have two mail servers: Tormail1 and Tormail2. They are in a cluster. Tormail2 is our active mail server. Tormail1 is for failover purposes and backup.

We uninstalled and reinstalled SAVFE build ver 3 build 109 on Tormail2.

My question is, should the SAVFE console via Internet Explorer by available on both servers? By that I mean, should these be active???

FYI,

After contacting Symantec support they said that with even an Active/Passive cluster, as long as the services are running and enabled on the passive box, the console via IE will still be available. This is normal behaviour.
