Has anyone had a problem with savesets showing that they;re running although the group finished successfully.

saveset still running while group completed successfully. 1

We have similar problem. It happened time by time. Networker Admin shows:
server: <1>MSSQL: saving
while savegroup finished successfully. It stays until you restart Networker or reboot the server.
Legato support suggested to run media database compression/scavenging, but it did not help.
We run Networker 6.2 on W2k SP2 with SAN attached IBM 3584 and 4 LTO drives. HBAs - QLogic 2310F

exactly the same problem .. we're running w2k sp2 with SAN attached - scalar 1000 with 6 lto drives and hba - emulex 8000. seems like legato's response is always .. run scavenge but it doesn't seem to help .. ever. I get better help through this forum than through Legato or their online help db.
We run w2k sp3 with an IBM 3584 partition into two virtual libraries (5 LTO drives, 3 LTO drives). Both servers connect to the library are giving the same problem of savesets showing active when the group has finished. The second machine was recently upgrade from a DTL library and we weren't experiencing the problem then - maybe it's LTO related.
