Hi,

I am using the savepnpc (WindowsNT with 6.1.1 NetWorker server/client)command to stop Lotus Domino 4.6 and backup all the Database Files. Unfortunaly the data is so much that I exceed the timeout wich is declared in the HMNotes.res (HMNotes is the group name) file. The problem now is that the files HMNotes.tmp and HMNotes.lck still exist in the c:\Programm Files\nsr\tmp directory.
Anybody any idea how to delete the files without having a scheduler that every day execute a batch file to delete the files?

Thanks
Stefan Bartels

The simple way would be to raise the timeout in the .res file to a valid setting, meaning it will complete sucessfully and remove the files.

The problem is that I need the service. I can say to 4000 user they have to wait for the backup to end before they can use the Domino.
