savepnpc error

Hi ( again ),

I want to call some vbscript and batch files before some of my backups so I am testing the savepnpc functionality.

On the server in question I get the following errors :-

* brats02a:C:\ 1 retry attempted
* brats02a:C:\ preclntsave: The tmp file exists. Another savepnpc may be running.
* brats02a:C:\ Preclntsave exiting......!
* brats02a:C:\ savepnpc: Unable to run preclntsave successfully, see savepnpc.log for possible causes.

I saw on a previous thread that there was a patch for this so I downloaded the latest updates for my version ( Solaris and now networker 6.1.3 ). Installed the packages fine but I still get the same problem. Is there a specific patch not included in this update ? I couldn't see any more patches that could be downloaded from Legato's site.

This patch is available to customers with a valid support contract. Call Technical Support (1-877-LEGATO-7), and open a case.

This is the result of a previous failed savepnpc.

Go on the client machine and on the Networker server in the "\nsr\tmp\" directory, then stop daemons/services and remove everything from this path.
Start daemon/services.

Problem should be solved.
