Saveing txt documents in StarOffice as 'Ms Word 97/200'

I 'd like to have a possiblility of association of saveing new text documents (StarOffice 5.2) automaticly as 'Ms Word 97/200' type. Analogically with spreadsheet - I'd like to save them as 'Ms Excel 97/2000'. I known that I just can chosse a file type from drop down menu while saveing but my client want that StarOffise do it automaticly.

Maybe someone known how to do it.

This can be changed in preferences.
The software required `Windows 95 or better', so I installed Linux.
