Our receptionist currently uses Cisco's attendant console on her computer. Other individuals log on to her computer while she is away and run the attendant console as well.

I have setup the attendant console so that the password is saved and these users don't need to enter it when they launch the application. Most of the time, this works fine. However, occasionally, when one user logs off and a different users logs in, the user is prompted to enter a password when launching the console. After multiple retries, the individual is able to launch the application without entering the password.

Any clue on what might be going on?

From what I've seen of the Attendant Console application (we have five of them), that's pretty standard behavior (happens to our AC's as well).

Maybe someone else here might know a way around it...?
