Hey guys,

The guy who knows the hipath 4k it's not working here anymore and I know only some commands (I take care of the servers).

Today, the hipath 4k restarted because of a problem in the nobreak and lost all the configurations that I changed in last days. In switchs I know we need to write the configurations to save them in case of a restart. We need to do the same thing in Hipath?

Thanks

Type or paste in the following commands line by line

ADD-CRON:1,P,0,2,*,*,*,"EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;";
ADD-CRON:2,P,10,2,*,*,*,"EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;";

Your system will now be backed up every night in the event of a restart.

Why did the HiPath restart - was it a power problem or something like that ?

Also if you make changes to the system and you want to back it up
then
EXE-UPDAT:BP,ALL;
EXE-UPDAT:A1,ALL;

Or if just a few changes then
EXE-UPDAT:BP,DELTA;
would suffice.

I had a power problem. And nobreak didn't work.

Thanks a lot Sbcsu.
