Customer is running Rel. 1 T1 software on an MICS system. I sold them 2 GN Netcom direct connect headsets for their M7324 tel. sets. Although I have already tried to adjust the receiver volume from "system" (default) to "set" it does not save the higher volume I set. They want higher volume when they are on the headsets. I also asked the customer to try a later version M7324 tel. set (yr. 2000) with no luck.
I was able to save the higher headset volume at a different customer who was running Rel. 4.1 on a MICS. Is this a software issue? Any solutions? What is the minimum software release required in order for it to save the setting?
