hi guys.....

i need to save a web page and put in in a folder with a specific name. what i want to do is to put a save button on that page and when the user click on that button the source code of the page will be save in a particular folder with a particular name. can i do that? ....

thanks so much

Yes, it's possible, but that dosn't mean it's a good idea.

That said, this is actually an advanced level question. Your script needs to store the entire HTML to be sent to the browser in a string. The string must be put into a hidded form field in the HTML. The Save button has to submit the form back to the server with the hidden form field intact. The server script then takes the string and stores it in the new file. Tweak these instructions to make sure you don't hit a recursive nightmare.
