Save to Folder Problem

It seems to be that every day I have a new Notes problem. I upgraded my server to R6.0.1 and all my users are at 5.0.10. I have several users that only access their mail across the internet. So when these users access Notes through the web and they forward a message, they no longer have the option to save that forward to a folder. I've looked every where. Am I missing something? I can see where you create and delete a folder but how do you move mail into it?
