save target as menu option is disabled

i have no idea why, but in ie6, when you right click omn alink, and go to save target as, its disabled.i think that installing dap had something to do with it, but i uninstalled it, and ther problem still exists. i scoured the registry, but still have not found a way to fix it. help is appreciated. thanks.

Check to see if the Content Advisor is enabled. If it is, try disabling it and see if that makes a difference. Content Advisor is under Tools > Internet Options > Content.
