Save swf online from within swf?

Is it possible (maybe with 3rd party software) to save a swf from within a swf?

i want to make a cms with flash, in this cms you can reposition objects and i want to be able to save the swf file after moving the objects so i can save their position.

possible?

just save the movie clip properties (x,y, depth, color etc) to a database or even using a shared object and tie them to something unique like a username/password combination. the data can then be recovered as and when required

that is indeed my second option. thats going to be hellovalotta work tho this was my easy option.

thing is there can be an infinite amount of objects each with its own unique settings, texts, links, colors, backgrounds, images, sizes, positions etc.
