save sendmail outgoing mail

Hello !
i'm running sendmail on slack 9.1
and I want to be able to save all outgoing mail to a directory or forward it somewhere
...
my sendmail is on port 1025 and it recives mail from my bitdefender anticvirus on port 25
10x

to forward, set up a .forward file.

Not sure about saving everything.
