Save SAPDB-->Oracle Agent --> Arcserve wrong tape name

I have the Problem to save the database from SAPDB with ARCSERVE.
I have installed the Oracle SAP R3 Agent. In the ENV.BSI is the path entry for the file BACKINTFORSAPDB. In this File is the Path also specified. If we start to save the Logs,
the job start in format the media with the tape name äo, then it begin to save one file. After this the second job begin to start to save but the job stoped with the failure, wrong Tape or no blank media in the slot.
Now my question,l is there a mistake in the Files?
