I have created a one page publisher file with a combination of pictures and text boxes in a custom size, for use in a web application. When I save the file as a jpeg picture, it downsizes somewhat and hence does not appear as a clear image in the app. How can I save it as a picture but still keep the original size?

Are you choosing High Quality printing as an option? There should be a Change button on the SaveAs dialog box.
