SAVE PROBREM AI9.0

HI, DEAR.
I AM USING AI9.0 NOW.
I WAS USING THIS MORE THAT 3YEARS.
SUDDENLY WHEN I TRY TO SAVE FILE, MESSAGE POP UP LIKE
" CAN'T SAVE THE ILLUSTRATOR"
COULD NOT COMPLETE THE REQUESTED OPERATION.
I HAVE NO IDEA WHAT IS GOING ON.
ANY1 KNOWS ABOUT THIS SITUATION.....
I NEED YOUR HELP.....

Illustrator 9 is a completely .pdf based application, where the past versions were based in postscript. They are very closely related but pdf supports font inclusion, color profiles and alpha transparancy. These new feature cause AI 9 and 10 to act funny sometimes. I know its in adobe's code because it happens on Macs and PCs.When this happens, try copying everything in the document into a new document, the save as a different file name. Also, try saving .pdf and .eps, then re-saving as .ai. Make sure your running version 9.0.2 also.

Oh, and 10 does it too so cross fingers for v11 BEHOLD! As Steve Jobs introduces us the latest in desk-lamp technology!
