Save problem when using word..

Hi everyone,

We are running LL9.7.1 and explorer pro 4.8.2.

We opened a word document from livelink and after modification when we click on save to livelink, its gives an another directory instead of the directory where the document was opened..

Any suggestion would be appreciated.

Hi,
I have had similar funnies with Livelink 9.7.1 and Explorer Pro 4.8.2 .

I was told by Open Text that these funnies should be sorted out in Explorer Pro 4.8.5.

I am yet to test them with Explorer Pro 4.8.5. I understand that it has just been released.

Hi Kiran,

Thank you for your response..

Opentext had told me the same thing..The problem is I have to install Explorer Pro 4.8.5 in french version.
But I already did the installation of 4.8.5 client part only, and the problem was still happening.
Hopefully that installing server part will correct the problem.
Please let me know if you have solve the problem.
