Save Picture As....

Anyone know how to change the default `save picture as.` location from My Pictures to a dir of my choice? Or whether it is possible to change the properties of the image toolbar to enable it to save to a new default location as opposed to just opening My Pictures?

I don't have the time to verify this, but you might:
backup the registry and/or export the following keys:
go to Start>Run, type regedit. Navigate to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\User Shell Folders

Right-click on the User Shell folders entry and choose new>StringValue, name it My Pictures. Right-click on that, choose modify and type in the complete path to the folder you want to use.

Also, create or modify the My Pictures entry under this key:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders
