Once a user has selected the “Do not Remind Me Again” option when the Browser prompts to remember password, is it possible to switch the prompt back on?

I have a new colleague on an old pc where the previous user disabled this option and now she has to type in passwords 50 times a day bc, it times out.

Thanks,

In all versions: in IE, Tools, Internet Options, Content, Auto Complete, Clear Passwords.

XP Professional may require a Start, Run, control userpasswords2, Advanced, Manage Passwords as well.

Sorry, I did not answer some of the questions sooner as I was out of the office.

We are running Windows 2000.

Unfortunately, the Internet Options, Content, Auto Complete, Clear Passwords did not seem to do the trick.

Thank you for the suggestion, though!

If the prompt does not appear to remember passwords, check the running status of your Protected Storage service. This must be enabled and started for the prompt to appear.

If the issue is that the prompt appears, but passwords are not saved,
