Save OPEN Notes in Outlook 2000 to new folder

Your help needed please.

Not new to VBA - but new to Outlook object.

I need a routine to save OPEN TASKS and particulary OPEN NOTES to a new folder.

Reason - so that a user can save those items that are open on his laptop at work - then use Desktop at home - access Outlook and see which tasks and notes were open at work. (Outlook closes all NOTES on close).

Is this possible ?
