Save For Web but Assertion Failed! XP/PS7

I am trying to save an RGB .JPG image with 'save for web' feature and it is
giving me an error that states "Could not complete this operation because an
assertion has failed"

Any suggestions? Running version 7 of Photoshop on XP.
