Save EPS as an earlier version 1

I recently installed Illustrator 10. Now I'm trying to save an EPS as an Illustrator 8/9 file. I don't have those options. Did I miss something??

It should still be there: File > Save As... and choose Illustrator EPS as the file format. In the options dialog that appears after clicking save, change the compatibility to whatever version of Illustrator you need.
