Save Email path in Access

I allow the users to make emails in my Access System.
They want to save the email as .rtf document in the PROJECT-root
I make a project-root in the windows explorer
PROJECT
- Correspond
- Orders
- etc.

In the map correspond I need to save the email
It's no problem to track the path till Correspond, but How can I find the email path of the send email?

In outlook it's possible to save an email as rtf file in a location on the drive.
File - save as ....

But how u can automatically save an email as .rtf
So, send the email from Access and after sending, saving this one on the C:drive (or a shared drive).
