save customised columns in finder

Hi,

I'm using Accpac 5.5.
If I add additional columns in the Accpac finder under settings, next time I log on these columns have disappeared and the default columns are shown again.
Is there no way to save my selection so I don't have to add this every time again and again?

Delete _P.ISM for that user and company, it must be corrupted.

Or, your security rights to the USER folder aren't full.

Or, two people are sharing a login.
