Save custom report in a file

I have created a custom report that various folks like to see each week. Is there a way to save a few trees and save the report to a file so that I can email it around, rather than having to print it and make lots of copies?

Hello dave755,
Unfortunately, Project does not allow you to "Print to File" or even email the completed report. I have had some luck with printing to Acrobat Distiller and then emailing out the PDF version of the report.
