Save as "gif" - Problems with lines?!

I have a few orgcharts, which are also needed on our web site. Saving them as org chart some lines appear with shaddows, are bold or change a nuance in color.
I´ve also have tried to save as .jpg or .png - but face the same problem.
Is there any patch, bug fix on that problem or may be an workaround.
