save as pdf to text with vb6

Hi all.
I open a pdf file in vb codes and then save this pdf as a text file (in the codes). If this pdf is English text this is OK, But if the pdf is an Arabic(or Farsi) pdf then the result text file included with incorrect characters.

Please help me.
