save as messages

hey all

we have a user instead of archiving her messages, she did a save as. hence they are in a drive with mlm extension. Now I can open in Word (word perfect extension it seems) I can attach them to a new email but how can I import them back into the mailbox so we can archive them?

Cut/Past/and post a message. There is no import feature to bring the e-mails that had the save-as function used. Brent Schmidt CNE, Network +

The File/Save As creates an WP text file with the *.mlm extension, use File/Retrive to put the text into the message body then send to the the User for Archiving.

thanks Ken but file/retrieve does not allow us to retrieve the message - we did try but get an error "the file could not be interpreted as a standard email message" so we did have to do the cut and paste as Brent suggested - but as there were quite a few we pasted messages into a word document and advised the user to use the find key when looking for any info. Thanks for your advice all!.
