Thank you Carrr. There are a lot of useful keyboard shortcuts on the webpage you provided. However, it does not have the hotkeys for Save As. Unfortunately, Ctrl+S does not work as Save As.

Thanks carrr. In our hospital environment, we have to hide the entire File menu because of security and HIPPA requirements. When I tried Alt+F then A as you suggested, it still did not bring up the Save As box. Any other suggestions? Thanks again for your assistance.

If you could install (which is not going to be easy in the environment) mozilla firefox lets you use ctrl and s to save the document and is faster than IE IMO!
Just to clarify carr's method works for me
hold alt and f
then hit a whilst still holding alt and f and up it pops
