Save as dialog box disappeared

Hi,
It seems that my popup alloing me to Open, save or cancel has disappeared... now it just by default opens everything i click to download in a temp folder and opens it.

I lost the option to save to hard drive...

I might have removed that check mark in the window that asks me ' always ask '...

I tried to reset my IE settings in the IE options but still...

This is controlled & changed by file type. Open Windows Explorer (not IE), Tools, Folder Options, File Types tab, scroll down & select the file type that's not being prompted and click the Advanced button. Place a check in 'Confirm open after download' & OK.
