Save as Cell Name

Hi,
I’m looking for a macro that I can assign to a button on my spreadsheet that does the following
I’m trying to add save as from taking from two cells.
So if cell B2 shows 01/15/2015
And cell B4 shows Tim Web
I was hoping we can take the combination of 01.15.2015_Tim_Web open up a folder and ask where you would like to save the file that is already names.
