Hi guys
We have recently changed our windows domain so that the user name is now first and second name seperated by a space (previously our user names were one word). Now when a user comes to Save or Save As a file, nothing happens (meaning our DTP department are none too pleased)! I have even installed PM7 on a clean PC and get the same problem. I think PM7 is defaulting to save into the c:\documents and settings\%username%\my documents but I've no idea how to change this (I'm pretty sure it's the space in the username that's causing the problem)

Any clues??

We run Windows 2000 and PM7.0.1

Thanks for your help on this one. It turns out that on the new domain, the Personal location is set as U:\ through group policy. Have tested this as U: and all works ok now!

Thanks again
Steve

Yes, PM adds a final backslash for some reason.
