I need a solution for my customer who want to save all attachments from CCAD in one maximum 2 steps.
At this moment they have to save these attachments one by one , which is hard when you have one email with 15- 20 attachments.
All attachments are stored per month on the Data drive of the CCMM Server.
f.e. in (februari 2010) folder:
F:\Nortel\Contact Center\Mail Attachments\inbound\2010-02
Maybe this will help you.
f.e. grant user(s) (read) access to this folder or create an auto-copy job to an already accessable network drive.
The only thing is you can't see the corresponding email/skillset here.
