This is a newbie type of question because I don't work with MS Access to frequently...

How (and can) a .pdf file be save as part of an Access database? We will be creating numerous .pdf files and a current Access database was selected to save these .pdf files if it's possible.

Thanks in advance for any info....

I don't think you want to store the pdfs in your Access database. Normally you would store the location of the saved pdf files.

Thanks for the quick reply. Is it more efficient and better practice to store them separately and only store the hyperlink to the file in Access?

It has been the generally accepted practice to store links/hyperlinks to files such as JPGs, Word documents, Excel files, etc.
