savcorp90 not showing up as an add-in on some machines 1

We recently upgraded from 8 to 9 and on some of my machines (nt 4.0, 98 and 2000) the 8.0 add-in for outlook is not removed or replaced by the 9.0 add-in. I can stop the error by unchecking the 8.0 add-in, but shouldnt the 9.0 (navcorp90) add-in be showing. If so does anyone have a suggestion on how to make it show up.

thanks... didnt find that when i searched symantec.. all i found was a page telling me to unclick the add-in and call it a day.
