We are having an issue in our SAVCE environment. We are running SAVCE 10.1 (1 primary/parent server).
When we get the to point where we have to generate virus threat logs from the past 3 months(meaning export the threat history logs from the primary server). When we do this I notice that not all threats (certain pc's. I notice that pc's that are not part of the domain that our primary SAV server belongs to, do not show up in this log). The pc's that don't show up the in threat history logs have their firewall opened for our primary server, and they show up in the SSC console and we are able to see and view the threats they have gotten, but they just don't get put into the primary server log.
Does anyone know how this threat log is generated and why some clients that we know have gotten threat alerts aren't showing up in the log?
I have used the command line vhistexp to generate the logs, the gui, and also the reporting module to generate reports and threat logs, but they all have these missing client logs.
Any help would greatly be appreciated
