This must be super basic question but I want to know...

What is the difference between file names, "SAV" "NAV" and "Symantec AntiVirus"?
We have 12 servers out of which 5 are supposed to be set as a primary server. Only 1 of primary is running on V9.0. All others including secondary are on V.10.0.1 or V10.0.2.

I'm asking this question because servers are not communicationg all the time. And I thought it might be the way it was installed, configured or setup.

Please help me find the cause of problem!!
