SAV Corporate 10 Network Virus Notification

Hi. I'm running Symantec Corporate Edition 10.x with a group policy with desktop folder redirection on XP SP2. On startup, Symantec detects Spyware.PCTattletale with a quickscan. Yet it finds 0 objects and can not actually find the filename on the computer. This only occurs when the user is in a limited user account.
If you have any ideas, I'd love to hear them.

Must be a process or something that only starts with that user account. Login as that user and run a manual scan and some form of spyware removal tool as well.
