I'm trying to set up the Live Update Administration Utility to get my updates for my network. Just got and installed Symantec AV Corporate Edition 9.0.
The problem is that the products I want to get definitions for are not listed. It's doesn't even list 8.x versions.
I read on Symantec Support that when you do an update it should retrieve a new product update list. Well, I've updated about 9-million time (exaggerated; it's actually closer to 2-million), ever attempt fails.
The logs show that the product refresh failed.
This is getting frustrating. I've had to put my primary server to get it's own definitions, which I don't want it to do.
Anyone have any ideas or workarounds?
