SAV 9.0 Monitoring 7.6 clients and servers

I installed SAV 9.0 on to a new "server" (Win XP Pro workstation). I installed the SSC, Quarantine console & server and Symantec Av Server. I can't see two of my 5 existing servers. I have a server in each office that acts as a primary for that office's clients. One of the one's I can't see or discover is here in my main office. I checked the NAV 7.6 console on the old NT 4.0 workstation and both groups that I now cannot see are listed as not having a primary server. When I select these servers, the option to Make a Primary Server is grayed out.

Any ideas as to what is wrong?
