Satellite Software upgraded and VPN client doesn't work.

I have several users on my Cisco 3005 concentrator. Most are connected via cable or dsl connections. I have 3 users connected via satellite. One user had his satellite upgraded and vpn since then didn't work. Since this was only one preson I said tough beans and didn't do much research. Another of the satellite users had their software upgraded for their satellite which gets rid of the proxy server that was once necessary (this is also the same upgrade the other user went through). I am puzzled as to what it could be. I have tried both TCP and UDP ports 10000 to no avail. Is there something else I should be looking at?
