Hello,

I have had a problem with Microsoft Internet Explorer 6.0 e-mail since I installed my Satelco Multimedia card and Europe Online software. This is for receiving downloads via satellite from Europe Online. I installed it my 500 mhz Celeron PC running Windows 2000 Professional
software. I have not yet connected my satellite dish or formally signed up to Europe Online.

I access my office e-mail from home via a web browser. The e-mail arrives via Webmail okay. But now when I hit "Reply" or "Compose" on my web e-mail program it brings up a blank white window with "Microsoft Internet Explorer provided by Europe Online Networks S.A." in the window bar. This window should provide me with the ability to reply to the message I selected, but it remains blank and just sits there.

I'm presuming that the Europe Online Software did something to my e-mail settings for web mail, since it was working fine before I installed the software.

Normal internet and web access works fine. And a separate e-mail and newsreader client (Agent by Forte) works fine for receiving and sending e-mail. The only problem seems to be the the "Reply To" and "Compose" options in webmail.

Anyone have any ideas of what settings might be changed and how I can go about fixing them?

Here's hoping you can help.

Regards,

Roy Esmonde
