Satellite ISP's and W2K

Can anyone tell me what satellite ISP's provide service to nothern Canada (below the 60th parallel)?
I need access for 15 small enterprises running W2K in seperate communities with 3 to 6 people in each spot.

Has anyone used these services and are they any good?
