Yes it is. SATA is just SATA. Whoever listed it as SATA150 is clearly trying to show that the interface has a faster transfer limit (150MB/s) vs. PATA (usually listed at 100 or 133). It is important to note, however, that most SATA drives do not outperform PATA models with similar specs. It is when you use a RAID array will you start to see the advantage lean in SATA's favor.

Guess I should have also mentioned that SATA-II drives have a make transfer rate of 300MB/s, so they could also be pointing out the difference there as well.
