SATA Issues

I have just installed a new Serial ATA drive with Win 2K Pro. Everything was fine until I tried to install Win 2K server on a second partition. Now when I try and re-install any O/S I get the error - "Cannot find Boot Partition - check signature).

Has anyone got any ideas on how to resolve this?
