I really appreciate the reply, and the suggestions!
The reasons you give for using the keyset to program are valid for all other Electras I have encountered. This site is a perfect illustration of a site where SAT would help, I am sure you have encountered one of these. Another dealer (who no longer exists) set it up and who knows how it's programmed. It's got a PRI/DIDs, ARS has been set up, ACD for tech support, a screwed up numbering plan... its got it all!
I need to keep myself from screwing something up, and give qualified answers to the customer's questions. Without SAT I would be forced to fill out an entire book of programming record sheets from the keyset, at which point a CAT5 noose hanging from the server rack would be tempting...LOL
I appreciate your suggestions, and my plan is to use SAT only when I have to (I am familiar with its clunkyness). I am still going to have to make notes and flowcharts, but SAT will be a huge time-saver for me here.
FYI: There is a MIF and I was able to connect but received the software match error from my older version of SAT.
