saskatchewan time zone

CP 4.0 that shows users in the saskatchewan time zone. If I go in and run the config wiz, it shows the proper time zone selected (NOT saskatchewan). If I double click the time on the desktop, it shows up as Central Time United States which is correct. Everything looks good (and works fine) except when you look at users it shows the wrong time zone.

Is anyone else having this issue?

Is this on the psersons mailbox or is it in the desktop settings?
